Following the successful launch of the Z7 and Z7s 5G smartphones in India earlier this year, iQOO is gearing up to unveil its latest offering, the Z7 Pro, in the country. The excitement around this new device has been fueled by a teaser from iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya, who intriguingly remarked, “On to the next ‘curve’ of Questing..”, accompanied by an image of the phone.
The Curved Screen Revelation
The leaked image of the iQOO Z7 Pro unveils an eye-catching center punch-hole screen, setting it apart from the Z7 and Z7s models, which featured notches. The display further boasts a subtle curvature and slim bezels, signifying a potential design enhancement from the earlier Z7 model launched in China and global markets equipped with a Snapdragon 782G SoC.
Design Similarities with vivo Y78+ 5G
Interestingly, the front design of the iQOO Z7 Pro bears a striking resemblance to the vivo Y78+ 5G smartphone launched in China. This device later hit the global markets under the moniker V29 Lite 5G in June. The vivo Y78+ 5G features a 6.78-inch FHD+ screen and is powered by the capable Snapdragon 695 SoC.
Awaited Details
While the anticipation for the iQOO Z7 Pro builds up, eager consumers are keen to learn more about this promising device, including its official launch date in India. Further details are expected to be divulged in the forthcoming days, bringing us closer to the actual release.
