Perimeter defense is enhanced, but matchups against teams with big-scoring wings pose a challenge. Addressing the center position is crucial, as they currently have only Anthony Davis in that role.

The Lakers’ focus now should be on adding depth and injury insurance with two veteran bigs. They still have options with Reaves and Russell, but Reaves’ options are diminishing, favoring the Lakers.
